Whenever you are at a lowest level in your life, I know you can’t escape that no matter how hard you try but eventually you’ll have to face that phase, you’ll have to go through it.
There are n number of ways to not to lose your temper or to remain calm in such circumstances. I have also known many.
But just to get another perspective or just to feel things differently, I visited a temple. The Mahakaleshwar Temple Ujjain.
I don’t know what vibe such places hold but as soon as you hit your first step, there’s a sudden change in your feelings, you are sad inside still get a positive vibe, which is strong enough to neutralize those already persisting negative forces inside you.
With every single breath, you inhale positivity and exhale negativity, with every single step you move ahead of the sad part, keeping worries aside you feel instant boost in your moral.
And after a while when you look back, all that negativity seems very futile, you feel now you’ve got the power to deal with it, you feel doing better, out of nowhere you get that required acceleration.
Some might believe in God, some might not, but just to feel what I felt today one must visit any nearby religious place especially when you’re in your suffering phase. Trust me it helps.

One gets immense relief from the ongoing sufferings it’s sort of a pause whenever you’re in such places.

Agree buddy.. I also realized that no matter how many negative thoughts come in my mind, but jst by sitting near Lord Shiva or meditating on him for some time, makes our mind calm 😇
